Apple pie cookies with caramel
 
- Cookie sticky candy and apples make a delicious combination.
 
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of bark foot (2 crusts)
5 oz Caramel Topping 1
10 oz of apple pie filling
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup sugar
 
STEPS
 
Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Allow bark to warm slightly to make them easier to work. Workspace Sprinkle with flour and a little display scabs. Spread a thin layer of caramel in one of the scabs. Use a knife to cut pie filling into smaller pieces and spread over the top of candy. Cut another 1/2 shredded bark. "Strips used to create a lattice top on the covered pie crust. Cut circles and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Whisk the egg in a bowl until well blended. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Brush tops with egg lattice and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
